Tamara Slayton

President

Millennium Lawn and Landscape is a certified Woman Owned Business. Tamara has been part of the company with her husband James since they were teenagers. Tamara oversees all accounts receivables and works directly with clients to ensure that they have the proper understanding of contracts and payables. She has helped to mold Millennium into what it has become today. For Tamara, the recipe for success is Strong Faith, Family Values, and Integrity. That recipe compliments the Unity that exists in Millennium today and will continue for years to come.

James Slayton

Vice President

James and Tamara started Millennium over 25 years ago. He had the ambition and dedication to growing Millennium to where it is today. James is involved in the day to day operations and is an active Owner both on and off the field. He prides himself in the areas of Direct client communication in both residential and commercial projects giving you that personal touch that is so rare to find in Corporate Landscape Co. You are not just a number to James, you are family.

Madison Slayton

Social Media Director

Madison is responsible for all of Millennium’s Social Media activities. She creates timely postings of news and planting information on Facebook and Instagram. Her weekly photograph posts capture the beauty of many unique and different flowers and plants available at the Millennium Nursery.

James “Jaime” Slayton Jr.

Nursery Manager / Lead Designer

As Lead Designer, Jaime works closely with customers on their landscaping design needs, generating 3-dimensional digital design renderings. His passion and knowledge of Florida plants allows him to assist customers in the Nursery with the plant selections that will compliment their landscaping project.

Vince

General Manager / Safety Officer

Vinny has been in the Landscaping business for over 20 years and is OSHA trained. His current responsibilities include overseeing Field Operations and project teams, along with Employee Safety programs. Vinny joined the Millennium team in 2019.

Dennis Slininger

Innisbrook Property Manager

Dennis started his career in Landscaping and Irrigation in 1997. Dennis has been the Millennium Property Manager at the beautiful Innisbrook Resort since 2013. Also, at Innisbrook, Dennis oversees the Property Management of the 110 homes in the Promontory of Innisbrook community.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Brandi has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence and assisting in the daily business operations, along with the long-term business development planning. Brandi also interacts directly with potential and existing customers with exceptional customer service.
